About the Course

A Quick Overview:

Data Structures and Algorithms remains a topic that lies at the very heart of computer science, not only is it of paramount importance from the perspective of landing your dream job, but a strong foundation in DS -Algo also helps you grow as a coder and compete in coding contests such as Google Kickstart, ACM-ICPC, etc. This course aims to train you in the fundamentals of JAVA, an Object-Oriented Programming Language which forms the basis of many modern android operating systems. The training shall begin with the basics of JAVA and its syntax, followed by basic concepts like conditional logic, loops, etc. The course then shall gradually move on to more advanced topics like Arrays, Time Complexity analysis, exception handling, trees, graphs, etc Advanced topics such as Recursion, Backtracking, Dynamic Programming will be covered in-depth, with a focus on solving competitive problems. The series shall conclude with a capstone Game project that will be solely implemented in JAVA. The training shall proceed in a rigorous hands-on approach with an emphasis on coding implementation of the data structures and algorithms.
